I got a general server error while I was creating my book! What do I do?

Please note that occasionally TravelPod can sometimes miscount the character number in your Introduction, causing a general error.


We recommend bringing your Introduction/Dedication down at least 10-15 characters and trying again.

In some cases, errors like this can be caused by not having cookies enabled fully, or having an out of date version of Java.
You can determine what version of Java you are running and if cookies are enabled by visiting http://www.whatismybrowser.com/

Please also note that blogs must be set to public in order for the book to be created.

If anything is out of date, please fully update your system.
