Can I 'Live Chat' with an agent?

Sure! You can click the ‘Chat with us!’ widget in the lower right-hand corner of this screen.  Chat is available from Monday through Friday from 8AM until 8PM EST.

If one of our Customer Support agents is available to chat, it is a quick and effective way to handle your inquiries.

If we are not available, or it is off-hours, you can click the ‘Leave a Message’ bar (with the envelope icon) on the lower right-hand side to submit a question for us.

Please note that some browser plugins such as AdBlock will hide the chat button!
