I got a Server Error 500 and an Error ID. What do I do?

In some cases, errors like this can be caused by not having cookies enabled fully, or having an out of date version of Java.
You can determine what version of Java you are running and if cookies are enabled by visiting http://www.whatismybrowser.com/

Please also note that blogs must be set to public in order for the book to be created.

If anything is out of date, please fully update your system.

At your earliest convenience, please try to create your book again at Blog2Print

To further troubleshoot, we'll need the following information:
- The URL of your blog
- The date range you’d like to print
- Your login information (WordPress & Typepad blogs only)

If your blog is a self-hosted WordPress blog, we will also need the self-hosted server admin login.
